Welcome to the 2008 - 2009 Swimming Season.

Summer swim team dues are going to payable to Sweetie with a new form filled out ASAP.  Some have already filled them out and attached their check to the form.  Ryan and Billy have been passing them out during swim practice for the swimmers to take home.  The fee is a one time fee for the summer (swimmers that practice at 4pm the amount is $160 and 6pm group is $120).  I have wrote the fee on the top of each form for your convince   Please do not take to the front desk to turn in...they need to be returned to one of the coaches.

Summer swim practice will begin June 8th.  Practice for the 4pm group will be at Flatwoods Pool from 7am - 10am Monday thru Friday.  Dryland and weights M-W-F 4 - 5:30pm.  Developmental group (6pm practice) will practice Monday thru Friday 4 -5:30pm.

July 10 - 12 Fast Summer Classic Frankfort KY US Meet

July 28 - 31    LC YMCA Nationals College Park Maryland Must Qualify   

Car Wash and Swim A Thon fundraiser dates are in the near future.  Watch for memo/website  information.
