Group & Practice Times
Blue Group-1:
Blue Group-1 is a developmental
group for ages 10 & under. In this group, swimmers will begin
working on developing all four major swimming strokes:
Butterfly, Back, Breast, & Free style. Swimmers will also
begin to learn the proper techniques for Starts, Turns, and
Finishes.
